- One of the exhibits in the main hall of the Library is King Elendil's helmet from Peter Jackson's film 'The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring' (2001).
- Rebecca Romijn's husband, actor Jerry O'Connell, played one of the roles in the final episode of Season 1, '...And the Loom of Fate'.
