What's left behind the scenes

There are comics based on the series that tell the story of what might have happened after the events of the second season.
When Black's division arrives in Jericho, a soldier is shown with the name "J. Turteltaub" embroidered on his chest; this is the name of one of the series' directors (Jon Turteltaub).
In the middle of the sixth episode of the second season, when the residents attack the Jennings & Rall building, there are no cars in front of the building; however, by the end of the same episode, a charred 1965 Ford Mustang is parked there the next morning.
