What's left behind the scenes

  • The T-shirt in the room of 'Alpha' group says 'Welcome to the US Army,' with the abbreviation 'BOHICA' underneath. This stands for 'Bend over, here it comes again.' Additionally, this is a reference to Richard Marcinko, the commander of the special operations unit 'Seal Team Six' and the author of the expression.
  • The names on the refrigerator, which presumably record who owes whom how much beer, are not the names of the characters, but the names of the actors and crew members.
  • One of the characters is called a 'snake doctor' or 'charmer,' which is how dragonflies are referred to in the Southern US. It is believed that they follow snakes and heal their wounds.
  • At the beginning of the series, Mac has a noticeable scar on the left side of his face. Later, the scar disappears.
  • An inscription at the entrance of one of the buildings reads "First Sergeant E.L. Heyne." Eric L. Heyne is the author of the book "Delta Force from the Inside: The Story of the US Elite Counter-Terrorist Unit."
