Short description

A group of family and friends travels to a secluded island for a destination wedding. They've come to laugh... to love... and, though they don't know it... to die. As the wedding festivities begin, friendships are tested and secrets exposed as a murderer claims victims, one by one, transforming the wedding week of fun and celebration into a terrifying struggle for survival.

What's left behind the scenes

According to executive producer Dan Stoltz, the hardest part was casting the role of Abby; hundreds of actresses auditioned. Elaine Cassidy was chosen after she sent her recording from London to Los Angeles four days before the filming of the pilot presentation began.
None of the actors, except for Harry Hamlin, knew who would survive by the end of the plot. The scripts for each episode were handed out only twenty-four hours before filming.
The title of each episode corresponds to the sound made during the murder.
Instead of a pilot episode, a pilot presentation was filmed. It included the first seven minutes of the pilot script and selected scenes from the events that followed.
