All scenes in the locker rooms, gym, fitness centers, medical facility, and combat training hall were filmed at the National Institute of Sport of Quebec near the Olympic Stadium in Montreal. Between takes, Olympic and Paralympic athletes continued their training there.
Caleb lives in room 113A. '113A' or 'A113' is an 'easter egg' frequently found in Pixar and Disney films, and the ABC network is owned by the latter. 'A113' is the room number at the California Institute of the Arts where freshmen are taught the basics of graphic design and animation. Many Pixar and Disney animators graduated from this institution.
