What's left behind the scenes

In the second episode of the second season, at the 2-minute mark, John Pilgrim shoots at an ambulance, but in the following shots, there are no impact marks on the body. Bullet holes only appear after the car falls from the bridge.
In the third episode of the first season, in one of the flashbacks, Ben Barnes' character is reading Oscar Wilde's novel 'The Picture of Dorian Gray.' The actor played Dorian Gray in the 2009 film of the same name.
