Short description

What's left behind the scenes

The protagonist, Koichi Sakakibara, has a very ordinary Japanese first and last name. 'Sakaki' is a type of tea tree sacred to Shintoists, and 'bara' means field or plain. The name Koichi means 'constant'.
The surname of the main character, Mei Misaki, is written as 'high cape,' and her first name, as she noted herself, means 'singing,' specifically the singing of birds.
