Short description
The ambitious police officer Cruchot is transferred to St. Tropez. He's struggling with crimes such as persistent nude swimming, but even more with his teenage daughter, who's trying to impress her rich friends by telling them her father was a millionaire and owned a yacht in the harbor.

- The legend behind the film's creation: once, Jean Giro was relaxing on a beach in Saint-Tropez when his movie camera was stolen while he was swimming. When Giro went to the police station, he was told they didn't deal with such things. It was then that Jean Giro decided to make a film ridiculing the gendarmes of Saint-Tropez.
