Short description

In a fantasy world of opposing kingdoms, a 15-year old girl must find the fabled MirrorMask in order to save the kingdom and get home.

What's left behind the scenes

  • According to Neil Gaiman, initially all the digital effects were created on computers nicknamed “John,” “Paul,” “Ringo,” and “George” after the members of The Beatles. When a fifth computer was added, it was named “Yoko.” Shortly after its connection, the entire network crashed and could not be restored. A new server and new computers were purchased, and they were named after the members of the Ramones (Joey, Johnny, Dee Dee, and Tommy).
