Short description
When former getaway driver Charlie Bronson jeopardises his Witness Protection Plan identity in order to help his girlfriend get to Los Angeles, the feds and Charlie's former gang chase them on the road.
What's left behind the scenes
- The cars that played the main roles in the film are a Chevrolet Corvette, a Cadillac CTS sport wagon, a Pontiac Solstice, a Lincoln Continental, and a custom buggy. They belong to the film’s author, Dax Shepard. Furthermore, since the film was shot without studio control and had a very modest budget, Dax and many other actors performed their own car stunts.
- The film's budget was approximately $2 million. Of that, $1 million went to copyright holders for the songs used in the film.
- Bradley Cooper wears Oakley Plaintiff sunglasses throughout the film.
