Short description

What's left behind the scenes

At the end of the first season of the series, a dedication appears: dedicated to Courtney Elizabeth Jones. The name and image of the series' main character are based on the sister of the original comic's author, who died in a plane crash in 1996.
The series creator, Geoff Johns, later recalled that casting was not easy and that hundreds of actresses auditioned for the lead role.
