Short description
Baby Daddy follows Ben, a young man in his early 20s living the life of a bachelor in New York City with his buddy, Tucker, and his brother, Danny. Their lives are turned upside down when they come home one day to find a baby girl left on the doorstep by an ex-girlfriend of Ben's. After much deliberation, Ben decides to raise the baby with the help of his friends and his protective and sometimes over-bearing mother, Bonnie, and his close female friend, Riley.

What's left behind the scenes
- Many plot twists, characters, and dialogues are repeated almost verbatim from the series 'Two Guys and a Girl' (1998-2001).
- Little Emma was played by four pairs of twins.
- The concept for the series was conceived on the wave of success of Michael McCullers' comedy 'Oh Boy' (2008); however, several studios were unable to reach an agreement regarding the casting for the lead role of Ben Wheeler until the Freeform channel bought the rights to the series for $1,250,000. Jean-Luc Bilodeau was cast in the lead role, and the rest of the cast was assembled shortly thereafter.
