Joe Locke is an Emmy Award-winning Manx actor, best known for his breakout role as Charlie Spring in Netflix’s hit series Heartstopper. He received two Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Performance, winning the award in 2026. He stars in the concluding film, Heartstopper Forever, which he also serves as an executive producer.

Joe has starred as Billy Maximoff/Wiccan in Marvel Studios’ miniseries Agatha All Along, earning a Film Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Breakthrough Performance in 2025. On stage, Joe made his Broadway debut in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street in 2024 before making his West End debut in Clarkston in 2025. His upcoming films include the mystery thriller Black Church Bay, indie horror Baby, and biographical drama Elsinore.
