Short description

In 1909, two explorers fight to survive after they're left behind while on a Danish expedition in ice-covered Greenland.

What's left behind the scenes

The film was shot primarily on glaciers located in Iceland, with some filming also done in Greenland, and computer graphics were rarely used. Joe Cole was cast as Iver Iversen, having been warned in advance that the filming conditions would be harsh and amenities minimal.
