What's left behind the scenes

It first aired on the ABC channel and soon became one of the first animated series on the Fox Kids channel. On ABC, it aired on Saturday mornings, and on Fox, it ran from Monday to Friday. Thus, "Beetlejuice" became one of the first animated series in the history of American television to be broadcast simultaneously on two competing channels.
