Robin Brûlé is a retired Canadian actress who built an expansive career in film and television over a span of more than 20 years. She is best known to audiences for her starring role as Susan Hunter in the Roxy Hunter film series and as Lisa Guthrie (K.C.'s mother) on the hit teen series Degrassi: The Next Generation. Throughout her prolific career, Brûlé was celebrated for her versatility, earning two Gemini Award nominations for Best Ensemble Cast in a Comedy Series for her work on An American in Canada (2003) and Billable Hours (2008). She has dozens of film and television credits spanning comedy, drama and children's programming.
