Vigdís Howser Harðardóttir is an emerging Icelandic director and screenwriter, graduated in June of 2025 with a BA in Screenwriting and a secondary specialization in Directing from the pioneering film department at The Icelandic University of Arts. A dynamic figure in Iceland's arts scene for over a decade, Vigdís previously made her mark as a musician with the acclaimed rap collective Reykjavíkurdætur and as a solo artist (Fever Dream), performing internationally and living in Berlin before dedicating herself to filmmaking.
