Jasper is a local filmmaker and screenwriter from Laoang, Northern Samar, known for telling intimate regional stories rooted in identity, place, and emotion. He was nominated for Pinakapanalong Screenplay at the Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival for Sine-Sine and was among the Top 20 fellows of the Filipino Screenwriters Guild x FDCP Screenwriting Workshop in 2024.

His films have won recognition in local, provincial, and regional festivals. He is also the Founder of the Ibabao Film Community, advocating for emerging filmmakers and a stronger film culture in Northern Samar. Through his work, Jasper continues to champion bold, grounded, and unapologetically Filipino stories.
