Ella is a camera operator, AC and aspiring DoP. She spent several years as a videographer shooting for a radio station in Bristol before moving to the south coast to study cinematography. Since graduating she has spent the last years working on an array of projects from the world of corporate video to narrative short film and music video. Ella has dedicated her time to being a vital member of the camera department, bringing her passion for the technical creativity of camera and lighting to every project she has been a part of. From surreal dance films to hard hitting war actions, she has jumped onto a variety of genre shorts to explore the many ways to capture a narrative. She has been a horror fan for many years, The Shining and Don’t Look Now are some of her all time favourites. She can’t wait to explore the genre further as part of the camera team for Amelia.
