Paco attended the Williamstown Theatre Festival, became a member of the seminal Ensemble Studio Theatre, and worked for many years with the infamous physical theatre company Vampire Cowboys as well as the groundbreaking Ma-Yi Theater. Paco (who is Black, Jewish, and Chinese) enjoyed great flexibility in casting thanks to the fluidity of his look and his facility with Spanish. He recently joined Fiasco Theater's critically acclaimed acting company. Paco received an Independent Theater Award for his work in the ensemble of Fight Girl Battle World (Vampire Cowboys) and a nomination for best supporting actor in The Brokenhearteds (Wings Theater). In 2009, NYTHEATRE.COM honored him as a "Person of The Year." In 2017 he was nominated for Off-Broadway's Lucille Lortel Awards in the category of Best Featured Actor for his work on Manhattan Theatre Club's premiere of Vietgone.
