Aaron Bahamondes has written and directed seven short films in Narrm/Australia. He’s a first generation Chilean/Australian, with a great interest in trying to blend neo-realistic tragedy with hyper-surrealist comedy. For his VCE film, he made his third short film Dirty Money: Vol. 1 which gained local attention and local film awards. Rooted in guerrilla filmmaking techniques, he’s carried this on through his later work with Payphone Deals and Thug It Out, and finally his latest short film, Donnie Got Dumped.
