In 2018, he made his directorial debut with the Assamese feature Calendar, which received critical acclaim for its engaging narrative. This was followed by his second feature, Taarikh (2025), and his third, Moromor Deuta (2026), adapted from a novel by the esteemed Assamese author Dr. Bhabendra Nath Saikia.
