Azzam Fi Rullah (or also known as Amer Bersaudara, Ry Woyzeck, or 4ZZ4|v|) is an Indonesian filmmaker. He is known for his devoted style in making B-Movies. Azzam is the co-founder of Kolong Sinema, a collective that focuses on B-class films, horror films, or any works that are considered cheap or campy.

Azzam's first film, 'Deranged Behaviour' (2016), was selected to be a part of CIM Sueca Film Festival, Spain and Fake Flesh Film Festival, Canada. Another B-class horror film of his called 'I Dance on Your Grave' (2018) also won The Best Short Thriller award at the L.A. Underground Film Forum Film Festival on Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles.

Azzam and his directing partner, Alzein Putra Merdeka (together known as 'Amer Bersaudara') also worked on several films for various streaming services, such as 'Noda Ranjang Membekas' (2021) & 'Anak Haram Pantai Selatan' (2023) for FlipFlop TV and 'Kuburan Berjalan' (2022) for Kumparan+.
