Founded by Dominic Spitaler, KACEROVSKY (formerly OSTBLOK) has produced shorts that screened at Karlovy Vary, PÖFF Black Nights, and Max Ophüls, such as TOPFPALMEN (D: Rosa Friedrich), nominated for the First Steps Award. Its first feature co-production JIMMIE (D: Jesper Ganslandt) opened Rotterdam, while its debut documentary ROBIN’S HOOD (D: Jasmin Baumgartner) won at DOK Leipzig. Most recently BYE BYE, BOWSER (D: Jasmin Baumgartner) screened at Sundance. Dominic joined Berlinale Talents 2022 and Ji.hlava Emerging Producers 2025. He cares about colorful young voices, artistic expression with broad appeal, and subversive social commentary. His feature debut SENTIMENTAL FAIL CLUB (D: Jasmin Baumgartner) is currently in production.
