Md Assaduzzaman Sokal is a Bangladeshi film producer and media entrepreneur, widely recognized for his pioneering contributions to the country’s modern film and digital content industry. Starting as an intern at Half Stop Down, he rose to become a partner before founding Digital Shadow Production, a production house behind several acclaimed works including Procholito, Munshigiri, Bodh, and Dhaka Metro. Sokal is also known for producing Bangladesh’s first-ever original web series for the Hoichoi OTT platform and for mentoring new-generation filmmakers.
