Reba Monica John (born 4 February 1994) is an Indian actress and model who works predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada cinema. She appeared on television as the second runner-up in the reality show *Midukki* (2013) on Mazhavil Manorama before beginning her film career.

She made her acting debut in Vineeth Sreenivasan's Malayalam family drama *Jacobinte Swargarajyam* (2016), followed by her first lead role in *Paippin Chuvattile Pranayam* (2017). She made her Tamil debut with *Jarugandi* (2018) and played Anitha, an acid attack survivor, in Atlee's sports action film *Bigil* (2019). Her subsequent roles include the Malayalam investigative thriller *Forensic* (2020), the comedy-drama *Rathnan Prapancha* (2021), for which she received a Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Kannada nomination, and the Tamil action thriller *FIR* (2022).

She appeared as the female lead in Ram Abbaraju's comedy *Samajavaragamana* (2023), opposite Sree Vishnu. Her later filmography includes the bilingual mystery thriller *Rajni* / *Aval Peyar Rajni* (2023), *Mazaiyil Nanaigiren* (2024), the Malayalam psychological thriller *Dheeram* (2025), Lokesh Kanagaraj's action drama *Coolie* (2025), the Telugu thriller *Mrithyunjay* (2026), and *Jana Nayagan* (2026).
