Kelly Siegler (born October 12, 1962) is a former Harris County, State of Texas prosecutor. She has been the Bureau Chief of the Special Crimes Bureau, which included the Major Offenders Division, the Major Fraud Division, the Identity Theft Division, the Asset Forfeiture Division and the Consumer Fraud Division.

She is best known as an investigator on Oxygen's (formerly TNT's) true-crime reality series Cold Justice, of which she is also a producer along with its spinoff series Cold Justice: Sex Crimes.
