Volodymyr Viktorovych Tykhyi (Ukranian: Володимир Вікторович Тихий; born on February 25, 1970; in Chervonohrad, Lviv Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a Ukrainian film director, screenwriter and film producer of documentaries and feature films.
