Short description

In Winnipeg, Nazgol and Hossein try to help a classmate recover an Iranian banknote. At the same time, a character named Matthew Rankin quits his job in Montreal to be closer to his family in Winnipeg, where he meets Massoud, a tour guide who also takes care of Rankin's mother.

What's left behind the scenes

The plot of the film is based on a story told by the grandmother of Matthew Rankin—the director, screenwriter, and lead actor. One day, she noticed a $2 bill frozen in ice. To retrieve it, she had to travel through Winnipeg to get the necessary tools.
