Short description

AnnaLynn McCord was very interested in participating in the project, and although director Richard Bates Jr. doubted that she could handle such a complex character, the actress managed to impress him during a personal meeting when, in response to the fact that she would have to shave her head for the final scene, she took a knife and began to cut off her curls.
AnnaLynn McCord actually cut her hair for the final scene.
John Waters agreed to the role of the priest on two conditions – not to fly to the set in economy class and not to shave off his signature mustache.
