Short description

When K-pop superstars Rumi, Mira and Zoey aren't selling out stadiums, they're using their secret powers to protect their fans from supernatural threats.

What's left behind the scenes

  • The tiger and magpie are a popular subject in Korean folk painting. The tiger was often depicted with bright yellow eyes and sometimes in a hat (Chinu says he made the hat specifically for him).
  • According to director Maggie Kang, a single CGI model was used to create the members of Saja Boys.
  • According to director Maggie Kahn, the character of Chinu was inspired by the images of actors Cha Eun-woo and Nam Joo-hyuk.
  • Two months after its release, the film became the most-watched title on Netflix.
  • The word 'saja' in the boy band's name means 'lion,' but can also be translated as 'deceased.' In the world of demons, they appear as somber female spirits in Korean mythology – jeoseung saja (choseung saja).
