Short description
The fearless one-eyed weasel Buck teams up with mischievous possum brothers Crash & Eddie as they head off on a new adventure into Buck's home: The Dinosaur World.
What's left behind the scenes
- Initially, it was planned as a series for Disney+, but then the decision was made to create a full-length animated film.
- The first installment in the franchise not to feature Scrat, and in which creator, original director, and Scrat’s “voice” Chris Wedge did not participate. In 2020, Disney temporarily lost the rights to the character. Once the rights issue was resolved, a new mini-series titled “Ice Age: Scrat Tales” (2022) was soon announced.
- Simon Pegg is the only member of the original cast to continue voicing his character.
