Short description

Mumble the penguin has a problem: his son Erik, who is reluctant to dance, encounters The Mighty Sven, a penguin who can fly! Things get worse for Mumble when the world is shaken by powerful forces, causing him to brings together the penguin nations and their allies to set things right.

What's left behind the scenes

Many of the actors voice the same roles as in the first part of the cartoon. Brittany Murphy also began working on voicing her character, Gloria, but after the actress's death, Pink took on the role.
The penguin chick's aria about his father is based on the second aria of Cavaradossi from Giacomo Puccini's opera "Tosca".
A computer game was made based on the cartoon – “Happy Feet Two: The Video Game”.
As in the first part, this cartoon also features a non-animated insert with real actors.
