Short description

In present-day Nicaragua, a headstrong American journalist and a mysterious English businessman strike up a romance as they become embroiled in a dangerous labyrinth of lies and conspiracies and are forced to try and escape the country.

Initially, Robert Pattinson was supposed to star alongside Margaret Qualley as the main character, but he had to leave the project due to filming for “The Batman,” which was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Taron Egerton was then offered the role of Pattinson, but he also had to withdraw from the project due to personal reasons, and ultimately Joe Alwyn starred in the film.
