Short description
Annie is stuck in a long-term relationship with Duncan – an obsessive fan of obscure rocker Tucker Crowe. When the acoustic demo of Tucker's hit record from 25 years ago surfaces, its discovery leads to a life-changing encounter with the elusive rocker himself.
What's left behind the scenes
- During filming, Rose Byrne was seven months pregnant. To conceal this fact, various tricks had to be used during shooting – filming the actress from a specific angle, positioning the camera so that her stomach was obscured by an object, etc.
- During filming, Rose Byrne accidentally cut off her index finger with a blender, which had to be reattached.
- The author of the book (2010) on which the film is based, Nick Hornby, played a small role. He stands next to Rose Byrne in the museum.
