Short description
A group of people gather in the California desert to watch a "film" set in the late 1990s featuring a sentient, homicidal car tire named Robert. The assembled crowd of onlookers watch as Robert becomes obsessed with a beautiful and mysterious woman and goes on a rampage through a desert town.
What's left behind the scenes
- One of the onlookers was played by Daniel Quinn, the star of Pierre David's science fiction film "Scanner Cop" (1993). He played one of the scanners – people with abilities of telepathy and telekinesis, up to the point of exploding human heads. Shina possesses the same abilities here.
