Short description

A frustrated, angry teenage girl awakens something in the woods when she naively performs an occult ritual to invoke a witch to kill her mother.

What's left behind the scenes

  • The title comes from a British work of 1647, whose author, Matthew Hopkins, claimed to have personally spoken with witches in Wessex. One of the witches named many servants, including one after whom this film is named.
