Short description
While on holiday in Rhodes, Athenian war hero Darios becomes involved in two different plots to overthrow the tyrannical king, one from Rhodian patriots and the other from sinister Phoenician agents.
What's left behind the scenes
- "Colossus of Rhodes" was filmed entirely in French, however, all the scriptwriters were from Italy, and the director himself barely knew French and used translators. The main investors of the film insisted on this.
