Short description
Professor James Murray begins work compiling words for the first edition of the Oxford English Dictionary in the mid 19th century, and receives over 10,000 entries from a patient at Broadmoor Criminal Lunatic Asylum, Dr. William Minor.

Gibson and Safinia left the project, and one of the screenwriters, Todd Komarnicki, became the new director. Gibson and his company Iron Productions went to court, attempting to prevent the film's release, but their claim was dismissed, so Gibson had to settle for refusing to participate in the film's promotional campaign.
