Short description
Rancher Cole Hillman is fed up of rabbits plaguing his fields. Zoologist Roy Bennett conducts an experiment to curb their population, but it gives rise to giant rabbits that terrorise the town.

- The film's original title was simply "Rabbits," but the "MGM" studio decided that this title did not suit a horror film and changed it to "Night of the Lepus" ("Lepus" is Latin for "rabbit").
