Short description
Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private join forces with undercover organization The North Wind to stop the villainous Dr. Octavius Brine from destroying the world as we know it.

- The order, which Skipper gives ("Do not shoot until you see the whites of their eyes"), was first given by William Prescott (1726-1795) in Massachusetts during the War of Independence in 1775.
