Short description
Damien and Leito return to District 13 on a mission to bring peace to the troubled sector that is controlled by five different gang bosses, before the city’s secret services take drastic measures to solve the problem.
What's left behind the scenes
- Most of the film's scenes were shot in Belgrade.
- David Belle did not rehearse all of his parkour moves; he performed almost all of the stunts the audience sees without preparation.
- Cyril Raffaelli not only acted in the film, but also choreographed all the fight scenes.
- The film became the center of a scandal when screenwriter and producer Luc Besson accused the French cinema chain UGC of not showing the film in the Paris suburbs. In response, he was told that the chain showed the film wherever it deemed appropriate, and that it was none of his business.
- When Leito shows the flash drive, it's clear it's just an adapter for a MicroSD card without the card itself.
