Harry, Ron and Hermione walk away from their last year at Hogwarts to find and destroy the remaining Horcruxes, putting an end to Voldemort's bid for immortality. But with Harry's beloved Dumbledore dead and Voldemort's unscrupulous Death Eaters on the loose, the world is more dangerous than ever.
What's left behind the scenes
- David Holmes, a stuntman and Daniel Radcliffe's double, suffered a serious spinal injury during a fall while filming an explosion scene and was paralyzed.
- In Dolores Umbridge's office, there are brochures on combating muggle-borns. The cover of one of them is designed in the style of D. Moor's works, and the character visually strongly resembles Maxim Gorky. This is not surprising, as during the project's development in Craig's workshop, there were constantly a clay copy of the monument to Maxim Gorky, and busts of Lenin and Stalin. The walls were decorated with Soviet posters from the 30s and 40s, and photographs of Stalinist skyscrapers and other examples of monumental Soviet construction were spread across the tables.

- Production designer Stuart Craig drew inspiration from examples of Soviet architecture and sculpture when creating the interior sets.
