Short description

The army of the Marauders, led by King Terak and the witch Charal, attack the Ewoks village, killing Cindel's family. Cindel and the Ewok Wicket escape and meet Teek in the forest, a naughty and very fast animal. Teek takes them to a house in which an old man, Noa, lives. Like Cindel, he also crashed with his Starcruiser on Endor. Together they fight Terak and Charal.

What's left behind the scenes

  • The film introduces the Datomirian witch and her unusual abilities. This suggests that within the Star Wars universe, in addition to Jedi and the Force, there also exist sorcerers and magic.
  • According to the encyclopedia on the official Star Wars website, Syndel later became a journalist on Coruscant and played an important role during the Yevec Crisis. She was the one who received the Plat Mallar recordings from Admiral Dreisen and shed light on the story of the sole survivor of the attack on Pollux. This was intended to draw the attention of the New Republic and the Senate, and Syndel succeeded.
