What's left behind the scenes
- The dance of Emma Stone's character in the third story is based on her own dance improvisation when she played Bella in "Poor Things".
- Director and screenwriter Yorgos Lanthimos filmed this movie in New Orleans, Louisiana, during the post-production of "Poor Things." Because "Poor Things" was filmed exclusively on sets, Lanthimos decided to shoot his next film on location.
- According to costume designer Jennifer Johnson, the appearance of Willem Dafoe's character in the first story was inspired by the appearance of Italian industrialist Gianni Agnelli in the 1970s.
- There were problems with Emma Stone's hairstyle, as her hair had been damaged during previous shoots and had to be bleached and then cut.
