Short description

In the not too distant future, where by far the most precious commodity in the galaxy is water. The last surviving water planet was somehow removed to the unreachable centre of the galaxy at the end of the galactic trade wars. The galaxy is ruled by an evil emperor presiding over a trade oligarchy that controls all mining and sale of ice from asteroids and comets.

What's left behind the scenes

The Trimar system operator consists of one head, however, due to a poorly positioned camera, the actor’s shoulders can be seen in some scenes.
Initially, it was intended to be a serious science fiction film with a budget of $20 million. MGM reduced the budget to $8 million and ordered the plot to be changed to create a light, comedic science fiction action film.
